HARRY

Harry is a 2002 honors graduate of the University of Chicago (early American history) and a 2006 cum laude graduate of Tulane Law School. After law school he spent eighteen months working as a cook at Commander's Palace. Since then he’s been a practicing lawyer. His career first focused on marine defense and insurance coverage. He worked for eight years at at Duncan, Courington & Rydberg, then for two as a solo practitioner, before joining Martin. Now, his trials and appeals have covered most of the field of civil litigation.

He has taught maritime law for naval architects at the University of New Orleans’ naval architecture program every other year for the past decade or so. He has been named a rising star by Super Lawyers from 2014 - 2020, then for transportation/maritime in 2022 - 2023.

When he’s not working, Harry is spending time with his daughter, Elizabeth, or wife, Brooke, or cooking, or reading, or boxing, or a little of everything all together.
